About
Taught to be an engineer, self-taught to be a cook and experientially learning to be a better human.Yes that’s me in a nut shell. On a more serious note , I’m a single working woman with great aspirations and countless dreams and who truly believes in “Life is not just about living every passing day but making the best of every moment lived”. Check out this space for snippets from my encounters with , mostly cooking and any other adventure I might tread on.
Since I am from Kerala , a southern Indian state , my blog would feature a lot of Kerala recipes mostly family favourites.I have also spent a considerable amount of time in Tamil Nadu a neighbouring state .So please don’t be surprised if you come across many Tamil recipes.I also have a lot of friends from different parts of India as well as world.Cooking as expected have always been one of those topics I would willingly discuss with them and I intent to post all those recipes that I have learnt from them.
The measurements of ingredients given in a recipe is mainly to serve as a guideline . To get the best results play around with the ingredients until you get that perfect combination of flavours that suits your palate the most.
